SEPAC Board Elections & Opportunities for Involvement
WHEN: June 10, 2025 (7:30-8:30pm) / Zoom
At the June SEPAC meeting, we will be holding elections for SEPAC Board positions for the 2025-2026 school year. We are in particular need of a Co-chair (our current Co-chair is stepping down) as well as another Secretary/Outreach Officer. There are many other ways to get involved at varying levels of time commitment too!

APS Seeking Feedback on Arlington Inclusive Spaces & Tech Plan
As part of the APS 5-year Strategic Plan, APS has developed an Inclusive Spaces & Tech Plan and is seeking input from the community. This is the special education parent/caregiver community’s opportunity to weigh in on the extent to which this plan will help our kids who learn differently be successful in their learning environments.
Give feedback to APS (deadline: end of May)
SEPAC Presentation at 5/15 School Committee Meeting (Recording)
SEPAC board members, Elizabeth McWhorter and Ann Weissman, presented at last week’s School Committee meeting and shared an update on SEPAC’s activities this year, an early read on annual survey results, and areas for future improvement. Two parents from the special education community also spoke at the beginning of the meeting during open public comments.
