On Feb 10 from 6pm-8pm at the Arlington High School Discourse Lab there will be a "Youth and Digital Wellness: Strategies for Caregivers" presentation by members of the Digital Wellness Lab at Children’s Hospital.

The training will cover:
1.Overview of the media landscape for children and youth before the first phone
2.Parental mediation strategies, actionable tips
3.Cell phones & device policies
