Spy Ponder Threads & Family Support Resources

Arlington Public Schools offers Spy Ponder Threads, a free clothing and essentials resource available to support students and families throughout the year.

School-based Spy Ponder Threads closets are available for student access during the school day at the following schools:

• Arlington High School

• Ottoson Middle School

• Gibbs Middle School

• Thompson Elementary School

In addition, all APS families are welcome to access the central Spy Ponder Threads closet at the APS Welcome & Resource Center, which offers clothing, shoes, winter coats, and other essential items for children and caregivers.

Families who may need support with winter clothing, heating or utility assistance, food access, housing support, or other essential needs are encouraged to complete the APS Family Support Request Form, or visit Spy Ponder Threads at 14 Mill Brook Drive 

All supports are free and confidential. Our goal is to ensure every student and family has what they need to feel supported and ready to learn.
