Arlington Heights Sixth Annual Halloween Window Painting

Spooky witches, glowing jack-o-lanterns, and scary ghosts will come alive as Arlington residents decorate 60+ designated storefront windows in 27 Heights businesses on Saturday, September 26, 9:00am to 1:00pm. Rain date, Sunday, September 27, 9:00am to 1:00pm. Paint a window by yourself or grab your friend or parent and paint one window together. All windows must have a family friendly Halloween theme.

Cub Scouts!

Cub Scouts is a program for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade. It provides a safe and fun way to learn new skills and have great experiences. Events are open to the whole family, so older and younger siblings can also participate.

Local groups of Cub Scouts are called Packs. Arlington Pack 313, with Cub Scouts from almost all Arlington elementary schools, meets once a month (typically on the first Friday of the month) at St Camillus on Dow Ave. Packs are made up of Dens, each for Cub Scouts of the same grade, which also meet at least once a month for special activities.

Interested families are encouraged to attend a Pack meeting, as well as a Den meeting for their age group, prior to deciding whether they want to officially register with the Pack.
