Oct. 29 Joint Town and School Budget Forum 

One Budget: Municipal and School Spending in FY28 and Beyond 

All Arlington community members are invited to attend One Town, One Budget: Municipal and School Spending in FY28 and Beyond, a joint Town and School Budget Forum hosted by Town Manager Jim Feeney and Arlington Public Schools Superintendent of Schools Dr. Elizabeth C. Homan in collaboration with the Select Board and School Committee. 

The forum will share information and answer questions about how the Town and School budgets are collaboratively developed and appropriated, including major budget drivers and revenue sources. We will also share the Town’s financial forecasting, including the Long Range Plan that guides budget decisions over multiple years.  

Participants can attend in person or virtually on Zoom, can submit questions ahead of time, or bring their questions to the forum.
